    The L. E. Smoot Memorial Library is located in  the beautiful Courthouse area of King George County, Virginia.   It is  a small rural community 45 minutes south of Washington, D.C. on Route 3 East  approximately 17 miles east of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Our address is:
