Internet Access

The library policy for use patrons using the Internet is as follows:

  1. All patrons must read and sign a packet of information about their responsibility and use  of the internet.

  2. Patrons under the age of 18 years must have their parents or guardians written permission.  We have a paper that must be signed in our presence.

  3. Patrons age 13 or under must have a parent or guardian accompany them when they are using the internet.

  4. When coming in to use the internet you must have your card checked at the front desk to verify that you are a Internet user.

  5. It is best to call in advance to reserve time for use of the internet as it can be busy.

  6. Internet access is available from opening until 15 minutes before closing.  The Library limits Internet use time to 30 minutes unless no one is waiting.  as availability permits, patrons requiring and extended session may sign up for three one-hour blocks of time per week at the Library or by phone.  The schedule at the Circulation Desk determines the use of time.
