Library volunteers play an important role in the library’s mission.

As a library volunteer, you’ll be helping to provide your neighbors and community members with life-enriching experiences.

  • Youth Services Assistance -assist our Youth Services Department with crafts, displays, and programs.

  • Technical Services Assistance – assist our Technical Services Department with labeling, mending, and withdrawing books.

  • Circulation Assistance – assist our Circulation Department with organizing bookshelves, creating booklists, and filling book requests.

  • Outreach Assistance – help us deliver materials to those who can’t get to the library.

  • Clerical Assistance – assist our staff with photocopying, typing, and filing.
