The King George County Industrial Park is within a day's drive time of 60% of the nation's population. It is centrally located on the eastern seaboard within 60 miles of two metropolitan statistical areas in Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia, and 3 international airports. The park is within 2 hours drive time of the Port of Baltimore and the Port of Norfolk which is two of the largest ports on the east coast. The Park has 20 acres of land in total available and can be rezoned within 90 days.

Please note all available industrial park parcels are already zoned, and water and sewer are located on the west side of Dennis Kerns Parkway. The rail spur runs along the backside of the Industrial park and the easement extends to state route 3. Easement size ranges from approximately 1000 ft to 400ft in certain areas. The Industrial park is serviced by Dominion Power and the King George County Service Authority. Atlantic Broadband is the existing ISP with All Points Broadband expanding their service to the park by 2022. The back 49 acres is currently under option till the fall of 2023.
